As part of an ongoing commitment to enhance the overall customer experience they provide, Vue Entertainment commissioned Evoke to design and manufacture state-of-the-art self service ticket kiosks for their rebranded multiplex cinemas across the UK.

Ticket Collection

For Vue Entertainment we designed and manufactured a set of visually-striking ticketing kiosks featuring 32” touchscreens set in either free-standing or wall mounted units.

Vue’s kiosks have been in use at a number of key sites since 2017 and are set for roll out at Vue Cinemas across the UK.

Enhanced Customer Experience

The kiosks allow customers to purchase or collect pre-booked tickets quickly; streamlining the customer journey and allowing more time to browse the extensive food and beverage offering.

Customer experience is enhanced with reduced queuing times and options to add additional extras like VIP seats or pre-order refreshments.

Vue’s priorities were to create a high-quality experience that reflects their brand values, and a modern interface that aligns with customer expectations. 

Flagship Locations

Taking pride of place at the entrances to Vue Entertainment’s flagship cinemas in Leicester Square and Bristol Cribbs Causeway, the self service ticketing machines are popular with customers, reducing queue time and increasing the amount of time to browse confectionary concessions
