Team Evoke take on Dance Challenge
On Saturday 7 April, Team Evoke took on their latest challenge for our nominated company charity Claire House. Quickstepping completely out of their comfort zone, five of our staff took to the stage to perform a group routine to “(I’ve had) The time of my life”.
Claire House Does Strictly is one of the charity’s big fundraising events and attracts participants from companies across the region. Our team have raised nearly £2000 and counting for this very important cause. With minimal previous dance experience, our team worked with a professional dancer for six hour-long sessions the learn the routine in the build up to the event.
Our team comprised Dave, Claire, Fay, Dianne and Paul who all gave up their own time to train and participate in the event while encouraging colleagues, friends and family to donate. At least two of the team have caught the dance bug and have plans to continue to learn after their success on Saturday. Support the team or find out more about our charity efforts here.
